Mindfulness Course


The next Mindfulness Course starts in January 2016. Saturdays 9th, 23rd January 6th, 20th February Mindfulness can help you to relieve stress, appreciate the present moment, see things with fresh eyes, improve concentration and general well being.

The Mindfulness course is a practical way to learn the skills to help respond rather than react to all that life can throw at us.
